At this meeting, the asking price is established. A listing agreement is signed.
Home Goes to MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
During this time marketing and advertising begins. Open House showings are offered to potential buyers and their agents.
Purchase Offer is Presented to Seller
There is a negotiation of terms, terms of the contract may or may not be accepted, and disclosures are provided to the potential buyer.
Escrow Opens
